more licenses of the same product then you have 30% discount.
Support
Support is free for 6 months after your order. Support is available by email, chat and phone. Please open a support ticket
here. Normally depending on your timezone tickets are handled between 1 to 12 hours. If you discover a bug we will fix it for free or provide a public update. Customers can download available updates or patches from their account menu.
Free support is provided for non-customized versions of our software. If you modify the source code then you are no longer entitled for free support. But will advise and guide you at no cost.
Updates
Upon payment approval you can
download the software from your account menu.
It will be available to download for 6 months after the day of your purchase.
The version that you download in your account is always the latest and most updated and may differ from the one you initially downloaded. An upgrade guide is included in this case. You may extend your free updates (and support) period for another months by paying 30% of the current price. To do this log in your account, open your last order, create a discount code and use it with a new order.
Updates/upgrades are optional. You can update to the latest version any time you want in the future.

Refunds

demonstration and explore the available features. We want our customers to have a thorough understanding of the functionality, features and benefits before ordering.
After a refund you are obliged to uninstall the software and dispose off any copies of any format.

Q: Is it easy to modify the code?Relatively easy, all steps are well commented and there is emphasis in re-usability. However, you need to know PHP, JavaScript and working with SQL databases.
